Humphrey Lyttelton "Best of Jazz" 26th Feb 2007

Keeping it "Local"
Some well-known muso's on their own

All good things come to an end they say, and this is the LAST of the 2007 shows I have recordings for, so this familiar picture will be the last on here unless more shows are uncovered.

However, this is NOT the end of the road, as mentioned in a previous post, I have more shows from earlier years, some as far back as late 1990's but not almost complete sets as before.

This show starts off with examples from musicians in a band forming their own groups, keeping it local refers to Humphs band and the magic multi-sax player Karen Sharp.

Humphrey Lyttelton "Best of Jazz" postings to come

I have located some more sets of these interesting, educational programs, some from 2006,2005,2004 and a few from 2003, these will be posted in reverse order so when the set is completed it will present a sequence in time.

I also have instrument specific shows where Humph picks out a specific instrument and presents examples of it's use by various musicians, these shows are not dated so cannot be slotted into the main sequence of shows.
